Bought Model Y version and tried in my Model X 6 seater. It turned out to be ok!
Had to bend the edge and adjust the air pressure of the mattress but I could sleep no problem.
If the mattress had two parts and a separate valve for each part, I guess that would have worked perfectly.
If you have an above-the-wheel-wells sleeping platform in a 5th gen 4Runner, you don’t have to keep looking! This one fits! It is tight at the tailgate, but it works great!

Hard to roll up, bag too big takes up too much space .
Love the mattress, just wish it was a bit shorter, and not so close to the rear screen. It works though, and is very comfortable if you inflate it to your desired firmness.
