We offer a 45 day, limited return policy on selected items, if you are not satisfied with the product(s), you may return them within 45 days of ordering at the delivery address. In the event of a return, please contact our Lost Horizon Customer Support Team, as they would gladly assist you with this process.
It is our intention to respond to all queries within a period of 48 hours. However, please be cognizant of potential delays that might occur during public holidays and other periods of high volume activity.
Returning your Item(s)

2. Attach or submit proof of purchase in the form of documentation and the reason why the return is requested. After a quick confirmation of the information provided, we will instruct you how to correctly handle the return process from your end.
Please note, that in the event of a return of item(s), the specific item(s) will be requested to be shipped to a warehouse location and will need to be further inspected for quality and/or resell-ablilty.
3. After having received the returned items, and the items have been deemed sellable by our fulfillment center's inspection staff, we will process your return.
Depending on your bank or creditor, refunds should appear in your bank account within 1-2 business days.
Items returned/cancelled due to incorrect order(s)
Orders that have been duly placed on Losthorizon.life which have remained unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of a cancellation request, shall be exempt from any charges or additional fees imposed in connection with their cancellation.
Shipping Fee Responsibility

3. Change of Mind
If you need to return a product due to personal reasons (e.g., you do not like it or have changed your mind), please contact us within 45 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Product Not as Described
If you believe the product received does not match the description on the website, please contact us within 45 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and cover all return shipping costs.
5. Incorrect Address Provided or Wrong Product Ordered by Customer
If a return or reshipment is necessary due to the customer providing an incorrect address or ordering the wrong product, the return shipping cost and reshipment cost will be borne by the customer.
The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
