The products offered on losthorizonlife.com are presently restricted to deliveries within the United States of America.

For the dispatch of products to delivery addresses outside the United States of America, we invite you to engage our Customer Support Team

Orders that specify a remote location as their final destination may necessitate supplementary charges related to shipping, contingent upon the remoteness of the destination from our distribution center and the logistical feasibility of delivery.

We wish to notify you of the availability of a limited warranty for a period of 45 days. Should you encounter dissatisfaction warranting the invocation of warranty rights, we encourage you to reach out to our Customer Support Department via Live Chat or email. This facilitates efficient problem identification and resolution.

Purchases made on our platform will be dispatched either via Amazon Fulfillment (MCF) or through our preferred method of dispatch from our warehouse. The choice of the carrier for your order to the provided shipping address will be at our sole discretion and/or Amazon's.

Our current options for order delivery

Order Placement: Please allow for a day of order processing.

Free Shipping: Your order is expected to reach the stipulated delivery address in a time frame of 3 to 7 working days.

Expedited Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping services.

Please be advised that instances of force majeure, such as natural catastrophes or public holiday traffic peaks, may induce a postponement of your order deliveries.

In circumstances where Expedited Shipping or Priority Shipping requests have not been fulfilled as expected, you have the right to apply for reimbursement of the corresponding supplementary shipping charges

Remote Region Orders
Remote region orders may be charged with an extra delivery fee, depending upon the distance to destination.

Non-delivery Areas
For now, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO delivery addresses are not in our service area, but we are actively working to support these areas soon.

Additional Charge Situation
We encourage you to check your delivery address details carefully before submitting an order. In the event that there is a need for an address change, whilst the order is delivering, please notify our Customer Service via Email or Live Chat as soon as possible. At the discretion of Lost Horizon, an additional service fee may be charged to you per shipment, depending on the specific circumstances.
