3-in-1 Portable Air Pump

I bought this after reading a number of reviews. I replaced a work out foam pad I used in my 6’ Bed 2nd Gen Tacoma. This is a huge upgrade, very comfortable and fits the bed perfect. The little pump is a great addition and setup and take down are super quick.

FINAL UPDATE- after reading my last review, UPDATE, the company reached out to me again because I was still frustrated at the whole experience. THIS IS WHERE THEY CHANGED THINGS FOR THE BETTER!!!

They offered me a FULL REFUND on the pump because of my troubles. I wasn't expecting that at all. So, this is a COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND IT'S PRODUCTS! After this final solution, they have restored my confidence that when I make a future purchase I have nothing to worry about! If something goes wrong, they WILL fix it!

Thank you Lost Horizon for your diligence in handling this matter and like I said in my first review, the mattresses that you sell are THE BEST I'VE EVER COME ACROSS! I am sure that you will continue to improve your products so that all purchaser's, including me, can buy with confidence and enjoy your products for years to come. Greg.

UPDATE - turns out the next time I tried using the pump it quit working. Completely Dead! So I called for a replacement. Company had a defensive stance instead of a helpful one. Implied that I used the pump on a different mattress. Had to prove I didn't with a video. After that they came back with that the 3-in-1 pump is inadequate for my full size mattress. WHAT? You sell them with the mattress! Anyway they offered to send a stronger pump as a replacement. So I agreed that would be fine, even though I was bummed that this other pump is not 3-in-1. It doesn't have the light or charging port. It's just a pump. Then I was told it would be at least 2-3 weeks before they could ship it bc it was not in stock. So after 3-4 weeks I received the pump. It was only wrapped in bubble plastic, no box. Well, upon opening, the usb cable on one end was crushed, so I couldn't use it. I emailed the company again and they said they can't send parts. I got frustrated and mad at this point and said "this was unacceptible and they need to send it to me or refund my total order, and I'm keeping the pump." Anyway, they gave me $15 refund which is OK, but not the greatest experience overall. I'm only raising my stars to 3 because I think they should lose one star for their negative stance in dealing with this issue and one star on the new pump usb cable being crushed due to horrible packaging for such a delicate item. Put them in a box for heavens sake!

Fantastic build quality, great first camping trip with it…

Mattress worked pretty well but the pump was worthless. Wouldn’t pump or deflate.
